When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

The contact form is powered by a third-party service, Web3Forms, which processes your submission and forwards it to my email inbox. Your message is delivered to an email address managed through Cloudflare and Google (Gmail). These providers process data on my behalf under their own privacy terms.
This website is served over a secure HTTPS connection, so information submitted through the form is encrypted in transit.
I keep enquiry and project correspondence only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and legal record-keeping. If you would like your data deleted sooner, just ask.

If you sign up to the DJH mailing list, your email address is collected and stored by Brevo, the email service I use, and is used solely to send you occasional updates — things like shop launches, new work and offers. Your email is never sold or shared for any other purpose.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email contact@djhvsuls.uk to be removed from the list.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded content, such as YouTube videos, may set its own cookies when you interact with it — these are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, please contact me first and I’ll do my best to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
